根據CityNews報道，至明年1月，乘坐公共交通工具前往約克大學Keele校園的學生將在通勤時增加一站。
根據週二在該校網站上發佈的一份通知，目前在該校園停站的GO巴士將改道在位於Jane和407的407號高速公路巴士和火車站停站。這樣學生們需要下車然後換乘TTC地鐵前去Pioneer Village或者York University車站。
學生不僅需要多乘坐一站，還需要付額外的車費才能從GO巴士轉乘TTC。
為促進此舉，GO Transit與TTC合作，推出1.50元的雙倍折扣票，但前提是必須持有Presto卡。
週二上午，一份要求YRT和GO Tranit返回Keele校園的請願書，在僅僅兩個小時就獲得了4000多個簽名。
