安省中學教師聯會 (Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation, OSSTF) 今日宣布，在部分地區，包括皮爾區教育局於1月8日罷工一日。這是工會至今舉行的第四個罷工行動。

安省中學教師聯會自2019年11月26日以來，已由其所代表的教育工作者進行了有限量的罷工行動。
安省中學教師聯會會長Harvey Bischof在新聞稱：「在新年伊始，我們希望福特政府與安省教育廳最終可以準備做正確的事情，並談判好一項對學生、教師與教育工作者，以至安省未來的經濟均有好處的協議。」
