【星島綜合報道】安省省長福特宣布，由周五（25日）開始，有數十間藥房，會為沒有病徵的省民，提供樣本檢測服務。
福特表示，這是秋季防疫計劃的1部分，該項名為「保持安省省民安全」的計劃，希望與藥房進行合作，擴大新冠病毒的檢測能力，及可提高跟踪與隔離等能力。
福特強調，未來數周，將會有更多藥房加入樣本檢測的服務；至於本周五開始提供服務的藥房，包括Shoppers Drug Mart、Medicine Shoppe、Village Square Pharmacy及Rexall。
福特重申，省民應繼續遵守公共衛生指引，當中包括戴口罩、保持社交距離及經常洗手，若果感到不適，應留在家中。
