Block Watch 是一個由列治文居民組成的社區組織，懇求司機「請減速並小心駕駛」。
在社群媒體貼文中，它提醒 4 個最常發生事故的區域：
- Shell Road and Alderbridge Way,
- No. 3 Road and Bridgeport Road,
- No. 3 Road and Granville Road,
- and Westminster Highway and No. 2 Road.
