據Global News報道，美國官方證實，今天早晨被逮捕的郵寄炸彈嫌犯是56歲的Cesar Sayoc Jr.，此人在警方有過記錄。
此外，現場錄像顯示，美國警方和聯邦調查員在一處停車場檢查涉案的白色貨車，車窗上貼有各種美國國旗等政治性貼畫，目前這輛貨車已經被官方拖走。
