根據CTV報道，週四晚上，一名18歲男子在Blohm Drive被人從一輛行駛的車中射傷，渥太華警方稱這是針對性的射擊。
這名男子受輕傷，被送往醫院，現已出院。
據目擊者稱，槍聲響起幾秒鐘後，一輛車疾馳而過。
週四晚上，警方在現場停留了4個小時，並於週五早上返回現場，調查當地居民聽到或看到了什麼。
警方表示，他們正在尋找至少一名嫌疑人，並要求目擊者舉報。
