【星島綜合報道】加拿大食品檢測局(CFIA)最近召回6種食品，據政府稱，部分召回食品可能受李斯特菌、沙門氏菌污染，而另一些則含鉛的化學污染。在所有情況下，CFIA都建議切勿使用、銷售或分發受影響產品。
三文治
10月7日，由於可能受到李斯特菌污染，部分Circle K/Couche Tard牌三文治需要召回。
受影響產品包括：
雞肉沙律三文治
火腿沙律三文治
三文治於在魁北克省出售，但也可能在該國其他地方銷售。
莫札瑞拉(Mozzarella)及切達(Cheddar cheese)芝士
10月6日，由於可能受李斯特菌污染， Nature’s Best和Zavat Chalav品牌部分芝士需要召回。

10月4日，某無名品牌Low-fat mozzarella cheese因李斯特菌而需要召回，產品於魁北克省出售，增值稅號為22116。
Cidre蘋果酒
10月4日，由於受鉛污染，Le Verger à Ti-Paul部分蘋果酒需要召回，產品於魁北克省出售。
受影響兩種產品：
Lecladestin – cidre à l’érable – cidre aromatisé pétillant gazéifié
L’intraitable – cidre de pomme pétillant
